About Cyclic Konnectionz
First Nations-led Consultancy
Cyclic Konnectionz is a First Nations-led consultancy grounded in Indigenous Knowledges, lived experience and cultural responsibility. Established in 2018, Cyclic Konnectionz supports Early Learning, Primary, Secondary and University settings, alongside government, council and community organisations, to build authentic cultural capability and meaningful engagement.
At the heart of the work is the understanding that learning is relational, cyclical and connected to place. Cyclic Konnectionz centres Country as teacher, honours cultural protocols, and draws on ancient methodologies that have guided First Nations peoples for thousands of years.
The name Cyclic Konnectionz reflects this philosophy.
Cyclic speaks to honouring Mother Earth, understanding natural cycles, maintaining balance and giving back.
Konnectionz reflects the belief that everything is everything — people, Country, culture, knowledge and responsibility are deeply interconnected.
Cyclic Konnectionz exists to support long-term, respectful change — moving beyond awareness toward embedded cultural capability that carries forward into everyday practice.

About Fiona
Fiona Mann Bobongie is a proud Darumbal woman and highly experienced educator with almost 40 years’ experience across education, leadership and community development. Her career spans a wide range of roles, including Teacher Aide, Teacher, Principal, Principal Project Officer, Program Writer, Tertiary Lecturer, Facilitator and senior management roles, including establishing the Connected Beginnings site in Mackay.
Through her work, Fiona identified a significant gap in how cultural capability was being approached — often reduced to surface-level training without deeper understanding, accountability or relationship.
Cyclic Konnectionz was founded to address this gap. Fiona brings together lived experience, academic knowledge and cultural authority to deliver learning that is grounded, respectful and meaningful. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to community, intergenerational knowledge sharing and creating safe spaces for learning, reflection and growth.
